Take the cook rice and grind it in mixie
Take a bowl and mix all the above ingredients with rice
Take a plate and grease it with oil spread the whole mixture in it and press little with spectula and keep it in fridge for ten minutes
Take a sharp knife and cut it in square pieces
Heat oil in pan and fry the square pieces in it till golden yellow
Take the sticks and insert it in the square pieces and serve it with chutney and sauce
